“I placed an order here for the first time on Friday 11th June 2021 and the older gentleman who took my order was lovely, polite, and very professional. When I finally sat down to eat my food I noticed that the special chow-mein I ordered was ‘special’ for all the wrong reasons. It's meant to be a mixture of prawns and chicken, however I received three prawns and loads of chicken. I paid £7 for the order, and an extra £2 for three prawns when I could have got the chicken chow-mein for £5 and done without the prawns - Very misleading. I called up at 20:34 to question if the ratio of the chicken and prawns was correct, and the person I spoke to was the complete opposite to the service I received when I placed my order. They were very rude and extremely unprofessional - I was called cheeky for expecting more prawns because prawns are expensive (£8 a bag, they felt the need to share that information), and if I wanted more prawns I should have paid an extra £1!.....Huh!? For a second I questioned if i was being punked. I was completely flabbergasted, I had to leave a review. I can't comment on the food because the poor level of customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be ordering from there again, nor will I be sharing their establishment.”

“Oh dear there goes my diet, right on my door step is this place and now that I have tired the chicken chow mein the chicken biryani and curry chips I'm going to be going back to make my way through the menu, nice little place with nice tasting food.”
