Customer Review Summary
The larger group of complaints centers on delivery. Several reviewers say orders took far longer than quoted, with one waiting from the evening until after midnight and another never receiving food. Pizzas that did arrive were described as stone cold or under cooked, and a breakfast and vegetarian pizza was called hard to eat. One reviewer reports a delivery driver threatening a friend, and another says a pizza was mouldy halfway through. One reviewer found a young counter worker rude, unlike the usual staff. A cheeseburger meal arrived without its chips and drink.

“I usually go to this shop, and there’s normally an older man with glasses or a Punjabi guy serving. They are always polite and friendly. However, yesterday I went there and ordered a pizza, and there was a young boy serving. His behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. He was not welcoming at all, and it made my experience unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this because the service is usually much better.”
