  “Sensationally bad chippy. They seem to operate under at least 2 different names on delivery apps (Chip Co, Mr Cod’s) Food took an hour and a half to arrive, was cold, and it felt like it was the driver’s first day on earth despite our postcode directing you right outside our address when entered in any app. Avoid.”

  “I’ll start with the positives, good parking outside the shop, the fish and chips are really nice, cod has a real nice light batter, chips are also nice, good portion size, highly recommended the cod and chips, negatives, ordered a doner kebab the portion was very small, and the meat tasted like a cheaper version of the supermarket frozen kebabs, sausage was slightly underdone and red inside, service was very slow even with 8/9 staff, they prioritise the delivery orders first, had to remind them about my order after 20 mins, to sum up go there for the cod and chips, would have given 4* if the service was better”

  “This is my local chippy and it has slowly gone downhill…perhaps due to the current times, but today was a disappointed in terms of being ripped off. Large F&C £8.70 (lady didn’t ask the size I wanted, just charged me automatically) but the portion turned out smaller than the regular (see pic - yes it’s half the box; just assume the rest 😉). Half the normal amount of chips and was def not a large fish portion. Please don’t be stingy and over charge - people don’t need that right now….”

  “Absolutely awesome chip shop. Freshly cooked food, delicious and taste lovely. I would say that this is the best chip shop in Aylesbury, with friendly staff as well. We only go once a month for a treat, but what a treat.”
