  “I already like Nando’s so the food is 5/5 for me. For this location the food came quickly, nice and hot. The staff is also lovely and friendly. I would give a picture but the food didn’t survive long enough ;) kudos”

  “Had a really positive experience at this Nando's, the staff were all so friendly, the restaurant was clean, food came quick and piping hot. Everything was running smoothly like clockwork. We mentioned the Dr Pepper in the drinks machine needed a refill and it was filled within a few mins. I experienced a slight hiccup with my wrap and a full new meal was brought out to me by the chef within 5/6mins. Honestly my new fave Nando's! Thanks to all the staff here for working incredibly hard to make it a great experience.”

  “I don’t normally write reviews for big chains, but Walid at Nando’s Aylesbury really deserves one. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience better. His customer service was outstanding and he is a real credit to the team. Thank you, Walid!”

  “Staff were exceptionally friendly on this visit- even brought us glasses for water in case we wanted some due to the heatwave. Checked on how long we’d been waiting and immediately called to the kitchen that we’d been waiting for 10 mins (which isn’t even bad) and food came out straight away. Very smiley and genuinely seemed happy to work there.”

  “My first time ever trying Nando’s, and it definitely won’t be my last! The food was incredible and the portions were very generous. The staff in the Aylesbury branch were great, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

  “Nandos is a favourite spot to eat at as the food is enjoyable, has a great atmosphere and served quickly. On a recent visit, we had a really great experience. The lovely lady who greeted us, showed us to our table making sure that we were happy with the placing. We were asked about any dietary requirements at the door and provided with the information in how to order. As it was busy when ordering, a second till was opened but when people joined the till rather than the queue, again the lovely lady made sure we were seen in the order of joining the queue. The food came quickly and served to our preferences. My daughter accidentally made the mistake of ordering what she thought was a chicken wrap but was in fact a plant based chicken wrap. When we were asked if we needed anything else I explained the mistake my daughter made and was offered what she had wanted. This made the experience even better as she was now able to eat. I wish I took the ladys name so we could name her personally. Instead, I will write this review and hope she knows how amazing she made our dining at Nandos even better. We will definitely be back again soon.”

  “I visited this restaurant yesterday. I am a new(ish) diagnosed Coeliac, so I still feel a little bit nervous eating out. But Nando’s Aylesbury made it so easy! The manager was already waiting for me at the till and completely reassured me how they cleaned down the grill and the equipment so it was very safe for me. I wanted to try the new charred corn and didn’t know if it was GF and the manager checked the iPad and showed me and reassured me it was. The food came promptly and it was delicious, thank you. The staff here were very friendly and did their check backs on our food and to check if we needed anything else. When we left, they thanked us for coming and had a nice warm interaction. I am very impressed as I don’t always expect so much for a fast moving restaurant. Thank you for making it a great experience!”

  “I went to get a takeaway. Service was friendly enough but very slow. I was waiting 40 minutes for a takeaway order. (I wasn’t warned about the wait time.) Portion sizes were very meagre compared to other locations. Starter portion of nuts was barely half full. I’ll choose to go to a different site next time.”

  “I recently dined at Nando’s and had an excellent experience. The service was great, with the team being attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and served hot, enhancing our enjoyment. The seating layout is comfortable, and the restaurant is clean and tidy. I highly recommend Nando’s for a fantastic dining experience!”

  “This was a nice experience. The boneless platter was delicious and came out quickly. I liked that they have bottomless fizzy drinks and the large selection of condiments. The spicy rice was also very good. The vibe was nice here and it seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere. The only criticism is that the online ordering system seemed to take a while to actually allow us to pay for the meal. Overall, I’d recommend this place.”
