“Really tasty, very good priced non greasy pizzas! Chicken wings are excellent too! We have ordered from Aylesbury Pizza on many occasions over the last 6 months or so and they have always been piping hot and delicious. Friendly delivery drivers too! During busy periods its sometimes an hour wait but thats to be eected and worth the wait, so order in advance. Thanks Aylesbury pizza! 😀”

“My 16yr old son chooses Aylesbury pizza every time - despite the hours it takes to be delivered and personally I don’t think it ever looks that great. He orders it with the intention it will arrive in over an hours time because the delivery is always abysmal. But, It’s his choice I let him get on with it. However, tonight has angered me so much… 18:10 he ordered it online… 19:30 he calls to ask where it is and they abruptly tell him to be patient it’s in the car on its way. 20:00 I call to chase the “Manboy”was again extremely rude and lies further by claiming there was a technical error and the pizza is in the oven… I ask him… which one is it, because it can’t be in the car and the oven at the same time? Unless you cook on the go, he tried to imply no one called him then claims he don’t know who told him that lie, yet his the only one on the phones. Clearly the same person each time and think you can mug off a kid because that was amusing to you when he called chasing it up. Surprise, Surprise no manager to talk to and this “Joker” on the phone reckons he is the senior member of staff in charge… so if you want immature, arrogant kids making your food and lying about where it is, alls while having a few insults thrown your way then this is the place for you. Personally, I don’t understand why my son eats this rubbish but I’ll defo not be letting him order again… the biggest insult is they couldn’t care less if they lose loyal customers anyway!”

“Order today 10.7.26. Food came quick however when I started to open the food realised we only got 12 chicken strips instead of 24. Rang them to be informed they sent 24. Phone went quite I hung up. I have ordered regular from here for 7 years never a problem. At least I will save between 35 to 70 pounds a month. Won't order again.”

“It’s been a long time since I last ordered takeaway pizza from any of the places in Aylesbury - but my previous experience of Aylesbury Pizza was very good - reasonable quality and very competitive prices. So yesterday when we decided some pizza was required, had no hesitation in using their online ordering service. Ordering was simple and the pizzas were just coming out of the oven on my arrival - exactly on time.👏. Unfortunately, I really wish I hadn’t bothered. They were, without doubt, the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. The dough was incredibly dry and tasteless. The toppings, although exactly as ordered and reasonably plentiful, were the cheapest, poorest quality imaginable. So I won’t be ordering from there ever again.”

“Have ordered quite a few times now, and keep going back. Good value, nice pizzas for less than other places. Decent amount of toppings and good variety. I like the different chicken flavours. Could maybe do with a tad more tomato sauce, but other than that no complaints. The cheese chilli bites were really nice, would buy them again. Also was delivered quite quickly. Overall great service.”

“Ordered pizza at noon to arrive between 5:30 -5:45 with two calls in between about the pizza and they still forgot but there is no apology that gangster attitude over the phone and saying that this is their best that they can do imagine… then the driver as well turns up and waited 3 minutes and says he was waiting 10 minutes and yes as he said I checked on the camera he arrived at 5:56 and I collected the pizza at 5:59 ( that is 3 minutes not 10 minutes.) As per the feedback left by others they need to work in an establishment and learn some customer service skills a simple apology would have prevented all this.”

“Excellent prices. Nice pizza. However, poor customer service on the phone. They need to work on their bedside manner as they come across very rude on the phone.”

“Ordered here for the first time. Food arrived hot, quickly and tasted good! We ordered online which was easy to do! The lady that delivered the food was lovely and polite! Would definitely order again! They had tucked in quickly hence the half eaten pizza shot!”

“I often buy pizza from this place and normally is good, today i ordered pizza and when it turned up the pizza was burned and it was not fresh. It tasted like it was cooked the day before and was just preheated before delivery. I guess this is why it was burned. Overall not happy with my order today and i will think twice next time before order”
