About White Hart
The White Hart is a traditional pub on Bridge Street in Andover, set in a village setting that has long served the surrounding community. The building is very old, kept in a traditional setup, and the bar pours Guinness alongside a standard pub range. Food is served twice a day, with pub dinners in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Upstairs, rooms are available for guests and are basic but serviceable, with stairs only access to reach them and some flights that are steep and uneven. A few of the rooms overlook the busy street below. Dogs are welcome inside, and the pub also works as an event venue with a function room for group bookings.

Customer Review Summary
Friendly service and good food are what reviewers most often praise, with several singling out the staff by name for being welcoming, attentive, and quick. The Guinness draws a mention, as does the breakfast and the pub's historic character. A couple note that rooms are reached by steep, lopsided stairs, and one describes street noise on a Friday night, but both still found the stay good value.

“What a charming find in a friendly village! The service was top notch with unbelievably welcoming and helpful staff. The Guiness was spot on and breakfast in the morning was just incredible. Made fast friends in the pub in a village that clearly needs to remain on my ‘visit when in UK’ list. Only reason for 4 stars was unseasonably warm nights making for a toasty summer evening on the top floor. But the room was sooo cute. Great for what we needed.”
