Customer Review Summary
Diners most often praise the food itself, singling out the smoked chicken, crispy shredded Peking chicken, egg fried rice and mini spring rolls, with one calling the portions huge and another noting dishes arrived quickly. Close behind is the staff, described repeatedly as friendly and welcoming, and the refurbished interior, which several call beautiful and credit with lifting the restaurant to a new level. Longtime regulars describe returning for birthdays and casual visits, and takeaway gets a mention too. Plenty of parking and seating come up as well. The main criticism is thin but specific: one diner found the prawn too salty and other dishes bland, and another felt staff were a little too eager to clear used plates and cutlery. That same reviewer suggested adding fish oil for more flavour, which they said made the food really tasty. One group celebrating a mother's birthday was given a free bottle of wine.

“This place is AMAZING. The food? Exquisite The Staff? Friendly and welcoming The atmosphere? Out of this world The Owner? Strapping young lad with great manners. Raymond you are exceptional and thank you for serving us. Will definitely be back soon and can’t recommend higher.”

“Been our family favourite for over 20 years. They've maintained their high food and service standards over the years, and the refurbishment a few years aho brought the surroundings up to the high standard of the food. Love it! (Especially the 'James Bond' like vip table! :) ) Whether it's a special birthday, or a casual drop in on the way back from an appt, they always make you feel special. Great for a take away too!”

“Ordered egg fried rice, crispy shredded Peking chicken, some of the mini spring rolls and couple of cans of irn bru. The lad that served us was bloody lovely, I wish I had gotten his name. The speed that the food came out was extremely impressive as well, I think it took a maximum of 10 minutes after we ordered. And the taste of the food is just...so good. I'd 100% recommend this place to other folk”

“This was our first time at this restaurant but will definitely not be our last! The service, atmosphere and food were outstanding! Definitely 5 stars from us. The staff are so friendly, the decor is beautiful and very clean and the food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Just wish we lived here so we could visit more often. Thank you for a lovely evening and a wonderful meal. X”
