  “Avoid! Very over priced! Took a friend here recently very disappointed as the food was cold- chips cold- burger just about eatable but served cold £16.95 for chicken burger and cold chips! No wonder it’s not that busy! Mega tourist trip don’t waste your money! Only positive was the view onto the loch and friendly staff.”

  “This restaurant exceeded all of my Jurassic expectations! Our server was Finlay, and he is a gem of a lad who engaged with his guests! He wore the dinosaur costume and brought smiles to all of the wee children around the restaurant! 10/10 would stop here again if given the chance!”

  “Lovely cashier and staff who checked up on us often. But the food doesn't justify the price, paid £15 for a blue raptor and the food dye was too much it made the burger bun really mushy it wasn't spicy as it tasted like BBQ sauce they used. The burger given me intense IBS symptoms that required me taking medication often. Partner also mentioned the pizza doesn't taste fresh, same quality as wetherspoons. Interesting to visit for the dinosaur sculptures but suggest you go to sealife cafe for the kids instead as the price doesn't justify the quality of food.”

  “My first visit and I totally fell in love with this restaurant! Awesome service, super clean, and everything we ordered was amazing. Plus, they have dinosaurs for the kids to play with! We’ll surely be back. Highly recommend!”

  “Was slightly hesitant based on other reviews, however had a great experience. Went just after 12 on a Friday, plenty of seats and no need to book. Food was nice and staff friendly, even brought the pet dinosaur over to a table of just adults! Would eat here again.”

  “This place was awesome! I came here with my partner for their 22nd birthday, staff were so friendly and welcoming! Decor is everything, love hand puppets, colouring sheets! We got to design our own dinosaurs! There is a little shop that has real fossils! And more cool stuff, it is cashless so make sure you bring cash, there is their own build a bear section which has an ice age theme, food was amazing, and they sung happy birthday to my partner, all around amazing and a must try! Thank you to all the staff for making this day fantastic 🫶🩷”

  “Went here for our son’s joint 3rd and 1st birthday after a trip to the aquarium. The lady who greeted us and the lady who served us were absolutely fantastic. They were so attentive, polite, and were just lovely. The younger lady who served us brought out a little dinosaur and came to say hello to my sons. They were able to pet and interact with the wee dino and they loved it! The place also looks fantastic. It’s a brilliant family restaurant and will cater to younger kids/people who love dinosaurs. Where it falls flat is the food. I really enjoyed my chicken burger with chips and coleslaw, it was genuinely lovely, but everyone else’s food was horrendous. The blue bun my husband had with his Raptor burger was nothing short of diabolical and my son’s burger was extremely peppery. It was also quite expensive for what you get, but I suppose when you’re on the shores or Loch Lomond and a fair bit from other places then vegges can’t be choosers. Overall, I’d still say it’s a worthwhile visit if you’ve got little ones. It’s a lovely environment and it’s nice not having to worry about your kids making too much noise, because there are lots of other families there with toddlers and young kids too!”

  “I've read the reviews and I wasn't expecting a lot. But the children got excited about dinosaurs. And I have to say I was nicely surprised. The food was good. Vegan burger was great. There's not a lot of vegetarian options. Someone mentioned high prices however we paid £60 for 4 people so it's quite reasonable. The portions weren't huge. The pizza was on a smaller plate and 8year old had no issues finishing it. The staff was very nice and they were coming round with dinosaur puppets. Kids loved it. My only issue was that I wanted to replace my chips for mozarella sticks and pay more but it wasn't possible... so we wasted a portion of chips really. But I would recommend it.”
