“Busy and not the quickest/best service. Got there for the opening time as had heard good things. Bit of a queue but we’d ordered and been sat down within 15 minutes of opening. Two coffees took about 15 minute be served. My friend had got a croissant and she said it wasn’t the freshest. I had ordered a breakfast burrito. After waiting about 30 minutes for a single breakfast burrito I was aware of a solo customer sitting behind us being served one even though he hadn’t been sat for long. Minutes after they’d been served, the same member of the serving staff came over and took his order off him and turn around and tried to serve it to me. I refused as I couldn’t trust that the other customer hadn’t touched the food or taken anything from the plate. The server just said okay and returned to the kitchen, no apology offered. At this point we’d been in the place for 50 minutes so I decided to just go ask for a refund. The server at the till managed the situation great and apologised, offered fresh food but I just wanted a refund after waiting for so long. For a busy place I do think there needs to be a better system than just pointing people to tables from behind the till. It would have also been good if the kitchen server handled the situation better.”

“Foods really good. Everything is made fresh and has a taste of quality. The coffee is good too. The french toast is lovely and the chicken focaccia was so flavourful. Obviously there’s the waiting for a table but it’s honestly worth it. The Staff work with such efficiency its amicable and everyone is also really lovely. I would recommend going on a week day to avoid the wait. Or bring a warm jacket to sit outside to avoid waiting so long. But considering their merch line I suppose the queue is apart of the aesthetic of the place.”

“Wow, if I could give 100 for service I would also the food was amazing! I was made to feel welcome, customer service is very obviously important to this team of individuals. Special mention to Kirsty. Can’t wait to come back!”
