You can really tell they put thought and care into the entire dining experience. A special shoutout to D and JT, they were amazing! “I celebrated my 70th Birthday at Fieldings on August 1st and I want you to know there were 10 of us and the food was excellent but the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. Dee and JT took excellent care of me and my guest. They were attentive and we did not have to wait on anything. I would go to Fieldings again because of the level of service I received on my first visit. If all your wait staff is like Dee you will have a successful business. By the way, I had a steak and it was delicious and I also met the chef. One last thing I purchased some of the Fieldings Cream and Scrub that was in the ladies room both felt wonderful. “Heavy recommend. I have been here twice; once during restaurant week, and then just this weekend. The food is delicious and both the lamb chops and the sea bass are amazing and flavorful. Service was great and everything came out in a timely manner. Despite being new to the restaurant, our server worked hard to ensure his recommendations were well supported by the other staff. The mezcal drink was delicious and not too smoky at all!”
