  “I had a very disappointing experience with Tracy/Lisa. She rushed through my nails and the work was extremely sloppy. My nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and looked unfinished. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, she seemed more focused on getting me out of the chair quickly. She also tried to put a nail color on me that she wanted instead of the color I was actually paying for and had chosen. As a paying customer, I expected to receive the service I requested, not what she preferred. On top of the sloppy work, the customer service was poor. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I felt dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I would not recommend Tracy/Lisa if you’re looking for quality nails or good customer service. There are plenty of salons that take pride in their work and treat their customers with respect.”

  “my first visit and i have never been as unhappy as i am polish coming off nails are straight they are uneven and messed up.. i was going to go back to day so they could fix it but to surprise they closed im very disappointed”

  “Had my first Deluxe Peducure here today. Wow! My feet feels great! I highly recommend it. Not saying that because I work here but you have to try it for yourself to know what I’ve been missing out. From now on deluxe all the way”

  “It is a great experience each time I visit.I am a relatively new customer,I had been looking for a nail salon to replace mine of 20+years and I found that at Lisa's. Always prompt service,very friendly and always make you feel comfortable.Prices are reasonable as well.”

  “Moving to a new area and after almost two not having a nail salon this was definitely a breath of fresh air. Great conversation, laughing, just overall a great experience. Now they stay busy which was a very good sign in my book.”

  “This was my first time visiting and I will be back. Super quick in and out pedicure, I called and drove over they remembered me as I walked in and seated me right away. Massage chairs and warm water, cuticles cut, gel nails, and leg massage. Was super comfortable and employees were very friendly and professional.”

  “I’ve only been here once, but I’m extremely happy with the experience. I hadn’t had my nails done in 5 years so it was all new to me. Pilot is awesome and carries great conversation! I was super nervous and he made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back! I got a full set, short, almond, and they’re beautiful!”

  “I got a pedicure and manicure with shellac. She did an excellent job and took her time. I was throughly pleased with both services.”
