  “****Second update - Bella Vida did try to rectify the situation by issuing me a full refund**** ***Update, my toe is now infected*** Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had!! The pedicure was extremely rough and not relaxing at all. The technician cut my big toe badly enough that it started bleeding, and it is still painful hours later. The same thing happened during my manicure—my cuticles were cut so deeply that they also began bleeding. When I placed my hands under the gel lamp, it burned intensely and I immediately pulled my hand out. The nail technician laughed, which was inconsiderate and unprofessional. When I later mentioned being cut, she became defensive and denied responsibility, claiming the cuts were already there. While a couple of the other technicians were kind enough to apply Neosporin to my cuts, that was the extent of the response. I was not offered a discount or any form of compensation, and I honestly regret still paying. My daughter also had her nails and toes done, and the polish has already fallen off two of her fingers. Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional, including the appearance and conduct of some of the staff. I would not recommend this salon.”
