“I am writing this to warn others about how malicious and hostile the staff at this establishment can be. A person I know was recently publicly humiliated, falsely accused, and repeatedly told to leave, despite actively offering to pay. The entire interaction was uncalled for, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she left the building in tears. The situation was so bad that a completely random customer had to step in, console her, and offer to pay just to counter the cruelty of the staff. This entire incident was caught on video. You cannot treat paying customers like garbage and expect to stay in business. I have absolutely zero respect for this place and will never spend a dime here. Save your money and go somewhere where people are treated with basic human decency!”
