  “What an experience. I came in for one simple service—my eyebrows—and specifically asked for Lily, the only person I wanted. The receptionist told me to sit down and acted like the technician he pointed to was Lily. She wasn’t. If I ask for a specific technician, I expect that person, not whoever is available. Instead, I was brushed off with attitude. That service experience was enough for me to walk right out. On top of that, the place didn’t smell clean, and as I was leaving, I thought I saw a roach. That was enough for me. I’ll gladly drive a little farther to Bloomfield Nails, where Ken always takes care of me, treats me with respect, and gives great customer service. Some places spend money on decor. Others spend it on customer service. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t seem interested in either.”

  “Very Rude And Unprofessional. I Asked If My Toes Could Be Repainted After Getting A Pedicure Because My Right Foot Was Painted Better Than My Left Foot… Peanut Who Does Nails At The Front And Who Was Currently Doing My Fill In Told Me I Would Have To Pay $20 Extra To Get My Feet Repainted And That There Was Nothing Wrong With The Polish On My Toes ( Peanut Did Not Do My Pedicure ) I Chose A Bright Orange Color ( 760 ) And Some Of My Toes On The Left Foot Did Not Have Enough Coats Of Polish I Have Been Going Here For 10 Years And Will Not Be Returning”
