  “I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years, and I’ve never experienced what I experienced today. People I’ve never seen before, I guess new owners. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I came in today simply for a fill-in and repaint. My nails were already almond-shaped and the length was already there. I specifically asked for a French manicure. Before she started applying the acrylic, I pointed out that there was still red nail polish left on my nails. She insisted that she would be able to take care of it very rudely. Sure enough, after she finished the fill, you could still clearly see the red polish showing through the acrylic. After pointing it out, she has the audacity to tell me that’s under my nail itself. Then, to make matters worse, I was told I had to pay extra $10 because of the shape and length of my nails. Again I came in with the almond shape and length already done. I was only getting a fill and repaint. I didn’t ask for a new shape or additional length. Plus the French manicure itself is extremely sloppy. The lines are uneven, the finish is messy, and overall it looks nothing like the clean French manicure I asked for. And honestly, it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. I have no problem paying for a service when the charge is justified and the service is done properly. Worst attitude and service ever , I do not recommend anyone go there!!!!”

  “They did a nice job, but I would recommend walking in and asking exactly the price because the quoted prices online when I reserved the appointment were so far off what it would have actually cost me that I didn’t get the pedicure done at all, just the manicure and the manicure was more expensive than the prices listed at the store seemed to indicate as well when my appointment was finished. The family seems pretty nice.”

  “This nail shop is under new management and when it was time to pay, there was no warning that prices increased. I asked did the price go up and the older lady stated No when clearly the prices went up. I asked is the shop under new management, she also said No when clearly it is under new management. Why Lie??!! I have been coming to this same nail shop for 10 year's now and this is the worst management I have seen. Everything about the elder lady was horrible even down to the services. I have so much clear and color polish on the skin of my toe nails than my actual nail. I am not the confrontational type of person and just go with things but when you speak up and still get lied to and horrible service is not acceptable and that's why I'm writing this review 👎👎...needless to say, I will find a another shop!!!”

  “The ladies who did our nails were absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed that. When I went to pay, I was told I would be charged full price for my daughter’s pedicure, even though she is 10 years old and was with me in the salon. I had specifically booked her service under the “10 and under” option online. When I explained this, the owner responded by saying, “she doesn’t look 10, she’s too big to be 10 years old,” and added that the pricing was meant for “little girls only.” This was extremely disappointing and inappropriate. Not only was this unclear in their booking system (which should be addressed), but the way it was communicated—especially in front of my daughter—was hurtful and unprofessional. I paid and left, but the impact it had on my daughter was upsetting. She was in tears in the car, asking why she was “bigger” than other girls her age. No child should be made to feel that way over something like this. I hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to clarify their policies and, more importantly, approach situations like this with more sensitivity and professionalism in the future.”

  “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My feet were not properly exfoliated, and there was still a noticeable amount of dead skin left afterward. I also requested a specific design but received something completely different. On top of that, I was quoted one price and ended up being charged nearly triple. The quality of service and customer care here is very poor. I felt misled and overcharged. I would not recommend this place—save your money and go elsewhere. Also, I forgot to mention they painted my skin and cut my hand with the little tool design that they were using. And now they keep trying to remove my review, but I will keep posting because I want everyone to know the truth about this place.”
