  “Wasted four hours there, for Mother’s Day, received a full nail set and pedicure. Woman was going to paint my completely destroyed nails as is, without putting tips on, had to wait for someone who knew how to do the full nails. Then that woman did not do the cleanest of jobs on the acrylic, a couple of my nails look like they’re pointing more upward, and she didn’t use the color that I brought with me for her to use, she thought the pink that she used in acrylic (did t even paint them) was close enough. Worst pedicure of my life, had a young man who clearly was inexperienced, none of it was done properly. It was very incomplete and not done as the professionals usually do. This young man did not know how to paint the nails properly either - again brought my own polish (white opalescent) - he didn’t know how to use the magnet; first they were just wrong, I was very dissatisfied and it was very unclean, so a gentleman took and put chrome powder instead on them which they insisted that I really liked. I dislike the chome and specifically did not want anything in the Chrome. Very nice people, but not good at the services they are supposed to be providing. They did nothing I asked for but charged me for all of it. I was so excited all week for my day at the salon and it was awful. I won’t be going back there again.”

  “I had my first ever manicure and pedicure at NAIL & SPA, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away, especially since it was my first time. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with everything. The shop was clean, relaxing, and professional. My hands and feet have never looked or felt better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend NAIL & SPA to anyone looking for great service and quality work!”
