  “I've been going to fancy nails for almost 15 years now I love how professional they are and how neat the work looks when done I have sat in every seat and haven't had a problem with none of the nail techs yet if you want to go on a slow day Monday- Wednesday is the best days to be in and out but its always a great experience”

  “Too expensive to me! If I had known it was going to be 45 dollars for a fill in, I would have went somewhere else and paid only $25. Oh well, I’ll know the next time! I should have asked first, I just thought it couldn’t be anymore than $30. I guess I was wrong! 😔 The work was nice at least! Nothing against the service! They were really friendly. I’m just on a tight budget!😂”

  “They do a pretty good job. They’re very fast and have a nice selection of colors. I’ve been going there off an on for years but I likely won’t be returning due to how they handle the order in which customers are assisted. They open at 10am on Saturday and I, on multiple occasions, have stood outside 30+ plus minutes early, only to be bombarded by other clients who claimed to have been waiting in their cars earlier than that. I took the initiative to stand outside so that I could be first in line. There are other businesses in the strip mall so I have zero idea who was in their car first, nor should it be my responsibility to keep track of this. This triggered these other customers to start multiple verbal altercations after I simply pointed out the fact that I’d been standing in line first and the staff/management says that they don’t go by who was in line first, and it’s up to us to sort that out. I should state that I wouldn’t be so concerned with being first, if the next nail tech didn’t arrive 30 minutes later, while 10 more customers have been added to the queue. This just isn’t a great way to handle business in my opinion, but I do hope they find a better way to sort this out. Aside from that, my visits were pretty enjoyable there, but this was just too much and it happened more than once. I have no intention on starting out my Saturday with someone trying to start an argument about how they should be first when I stood in line first, on multiple occasions in damn near blizzard conditions. This is a very uncomfortable situation to be put in, and I don’t appreciate that. Pretty unfortunate, but I likely won’t be returning due to this. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, and shouldn’t start out with having to diffuse an argument.”

  “This was my very first time going to this nail salon. I love my nails and the salon was clean. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the customers in there were extremely ghetto. There were women being playful with the nail tech while I was getting my nails polished. The customer even went as far as grabbing the nail tech neck. I was a little annoyed by that. Then there was this lady talking extremely loud on her phone with the conversation on speaker. They had an okay selection of the shellac pallet of colors. I got there at 10:30am I walked out the door at 1:07pm. Overall I’m satisfied with my nails, I just hate the area.”
