  “My first visit to Il Porcellino and everything was outstanding. The garlic bread with clarified butter is a must-order, and the pesto sauce is so good that you should get a side and put it on everything. Every dish was flavorful, well-executed, and clearly made with care. The highlight of the evening was our server, Beatrice B. She was phenomenal—a true class act. Knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely friendly, she made us feel special from start to finish. Her enthusiasm for the menu was contagious and had us wanting to order everything. Exceptional food paired with exceptional service. Can’t wait to come back.”

  “We really liked this place! It was very busy. The Caesar and calamari were outstanding. My wife really liked her pappardelle noodles. I also thought the lasagna was good, but not quite worth the hype. We really appreciates the free dessert for our anniversary as well as the server noticing I don’t drink alcohol and bringing over a non alcoholic beverage to celebrate. The inside is super cute and not too loud. Very photo worthy. Overall we are glad we stopped by.”

  “Absolutely delicious! Chicago has amazing food and Il Porcellino is no exception! The service was on point. A member of my party has a gluten allergy and Beatrice offered her planety of alternative options that were slightly modified to meet her needs. I ordered an espresso negroni, chicken piccata, and tiramisu, and all three were beyond amazing! I will be back next time I am im Chicago. Highly recommend!”

  “So good! We went in to celebrate a belated Valentine’s Day. Our server was attentive and responsive to questions. The food was phenomenal. The star of the show were the lasagna and meatballs. Alongside the chocolate cake for dessert. Vesuvio style potatoes was the only item we wouldn’t order again. Overall delicious and good service!”

  “Fantastic food! I don't know what others are talking about with the lasagna being mediocre. We went on a monday night, place was packed! Best lasagna I've ever had from a restaurant. The ragu was also fantastic! Everything looked so good. Tuscan cheesy bread was also delicious! It had red pepper flakes on it, which gave a nice heat. The chocolate cake is phenomenal. Cake slice the size of my head. Service was okay! They're all very nice, left us alone for most of the dinner. Kinda forgot about us when it came to the end v(￣ー￣)v Ambiance was great! Low light was very nice for the senses. A bit loud, but I imagine sitting at the bar or in a booth would've fixed the issue. Great song choices too 👌 Would 1000000% go again to eat all the things I couldn't try but wanted to 🤣”
