Customer Review Summary
Diners consistently single out the coffee flight as the signature experience, a wooden board of four shot glasses that lets guests sample from the shop's selection of roasts and flavored lattes. Close behind, the acai bowl earns repeated praise for its balanced toppings, while the breakfast burrito and brekkie scramble also draw compliments for their generous portions and fresh salsa. A few reviewers note that the burrito can be heavy on tortilla and spinach, and one found the apple danish a bit stale. Service is a recurring split: several describe the baristas as cold or slow, though one food prep worker is repeatedly mentioned for her warmth. The space itself draws mixed reactions, with some loving the casual atmosphere and others put off by a strong cooked-meat-and-coffee smell that sent at least one guest to the outdoor seating.

“Came in to use this as a meet up spot. I really liked the atmosphere and the barista was very helpful. I didn’t taste the food or the coffee but the iced chai was pretty good. I think the only thing that I would change would be to fix the lighting in the dark hallway on the way to the bathroom.”

“Actually some of the worst service in a while. The baristas make you feel like a nuisance for choosing to spend your money here and don’t have a hint of warmth in their hospitality. The lady who makes was in charge of the food prep was wonderful and actually made you feel cared for but the others - can’t say the same.”

“Just ordered a Bacon and Egg sandwich thinking it was going to be nothing more than the standard so so sandwich. I was happily wrong. The bacon was perfectly crispy which went well with an almost runny egg and mayonnaise. Then as you're …”

“Great place! I loved the brekkie scramble the flavors meshed well with the squash, goat cheese and beet chutney. We also got a breakfast burrito which was yum and a coffee flight which was decent (not a big fan of the Ethiopian/nicaraguan blend drip, but all others were good!). Great service and the ambiance was pleasant.”

“The food was average, nothing special. The smell inside the coffee shop which I think was a mix of cooked meat and coffee was not bearable for me so I sat outside.”
