Hand crafted in very small batches. This is a rich citrus gin with mediterranean fruit flavours. Blood oranges, jaffa oranges, cherry and pomegranate. The perfect fruity premium gin.

This beer uses american mosaic hops. It provides a crisp bitterness to the beer whilst also providing lovely fruity aromas, including mango with hints of pine also coming through.

Using only citra hops which have zesty aromas & flavours of lime, grapefruit, mango, lychee & gooseberry. Light and very refreshing.

A single hopped beer using american chinook hops, this delivers grapefruit. Citrus and pine to the nose and palate.

Rumchata is a rather sweet liqueur made with a combination of five-time-distilled caribbean rum, dairy cream from wisconsin and a mix of mexican spices. Lush milk chocolate, sweet cinnamon, vanilla and hints of banana. Described by those who love it as foreplay in a glass. (15%)

A traditional italian amaretto made with crushed almonds. The name comes from a venetian legend. Saliza refers to one of the first paved streets in venice. Light, delicious and rounded on the palate with a fresh almond sweetness. It has a fantastic long candied finish. Without doubt the best amaretto in the market today. 'You will be impressed'. (28%)
