  “Out of all of the Mcdonalds we have been to this one is the worst drive through staff rude girl who took the order talk about abrupt the girl who gave us the food didnt speak looked very put out we asked for milk and sugar , Burger looked liked it had been slapped together . Plus side fries were hot. Think these 2 girls need a lesson in customer service!”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rhys is an absolute legend! 😂🙌 Top man, brilliant attitude, super friendly and just genuinely great customer service. He made the whole experience so much better and definitely deserves some recognition. Honestly, McDonald’s — give this man a pay rise! 😂💰 You need more people like Rhys on the team.   “Called in mcdonalds after visiting car boot sale couldn't sit in mcdonalds as the amount of flies buzzing around food was aweful and landing on burger had to leave premises throwing 🍔 burger away. Thinking back should covered food with paper napkin”

  “We stopped on our way home from holiday on a very hot day. There was plenty of shade, the food was good, but the best thing was the car park shaded by solar panels. Out car was cool when we got back in. Great innovative use of space.”

  “I went in and ordered my food, but after a long wait, I still hadn't received it. Meanwhile, people who ordered after me were receiving their food. When I questioned why my order hadn't been processed, I was dismissively told I was "still within the 20-minute time slot". This was a poor, unacceptable excuse given that later customers were already being served ahead of me. Frustrated, I demanded a refund. The total should have been £11.05, but they only refunded £11.00. While it is only 5p, it is the absolute principle of the matter. I have never experienced such poor service here before. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable.”

  “Having read some negative reviews of this location we were really surprised to find we were having possibly the best McDonalds breakfast we've ever had. The service was fast and the restaurant was spotlesswas. It was a real pleasure to visit and I'm sure we'll be back when next in the area.”

  “They always get something wrong here, ive had enough McDonald's in my lifebto know this is not a portion of fries.. £1.50 ish for about a mouthfull of tiny fries. Absolute joke.”

  “I know it's "fast food" but I wouldn't have minded waiting an extra 15 seconds for my burger to be constructed properly...... as you can tell from the cheese, it wasn't overly warm either. Wasn't even busy, so I'm surprised they were in such a rush”

  “Coming back from a hike and thought we might give them another chance on the hot chocolates. Instead we got what looks like pond water! Shocking and wouldn’t give us a refund!”

  “McDonald's offers a pleasant dining environment with a clean atmosphere, but service efficiency can be inconsistent. During a recent visit, the preparation time for a Big Mac took approximately 20 minutes, even with limited customer traffic. On a positive note, the presence of a Superfast EV charger in the parking area adds a convenient and modern touch for customers with electric vehicles.”
