  “Food is completely lifeless and lacks any sort of flavour, but it could be much worse. Delivery was quick and it’s cheap as chips (the chips were like wet cardboard though).”

  “cant follow a simple address not very far away very rude on the phone when i was chasing my order and the my claim led they try to ring ( didn’t) just told to pick it up myself still wasn’t willing to give me my order when i provided all the right information to him at the counter absolutely joke off a takeaway Then cold as they was messing about all this time no apology at all”

  “I ordered online with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour 20 minutes, an hour later I phone to see if the address could be changed in which they told me that was fine and it had been changed. I then waited for a considerable length of time before calling back to ask if the food was still being delivered and they told me it had been cancelled as the address I wanted to change to was too far! Ruabon is where I’d asked them to change it to and they’d originally said that was okay, and unbelievable they say it’s too far to deliver as they’ve delivered to this address many times before. Unsatisfactory service, will not be my first choice to order again.”

  “Forget KFC prices! This place is brilliant the food is always hot, perfectly cooked. Staff are so helpful and friendly. This is now my go to place for fried chicken and the fires are amazing with the seasoning they use.”

  “I love their foods. I had couple of things like pizza, burgers, chips. They have a very friendly staff including all delivery drivers. Always helpful. I highly recommend this place.”

  “I have ordered from here previously but ordered tonight and waited 1hr 30 mins for delivery and when the food arrived there was hardly any chicken in the wraps and there was food missing from the order. I tried to ring numerous times their was no answer. It's disappointing it's not cheap to order food you expect decent service, portion sizes and your order to be complete. I won't be ordering from here again!”

  “Delivery was already estimated a hour and a half after ordering, then had to wait a additional 20 minutes to have food had to call them and ask where our food was and they sounded unapologetic and told us it'll be a extra 20 minutes. We waited about half an hour to 40 minutes after the time they told us, we called them again and they sounded frustrated and said they'll give us extra. In the end they gave us extra but food was nice but dry. When the delivery actually came the man nearly broke down our fence and when we opened the door he did apologise but look terrified. Overall unpleasant and would never order again wouldn't recommend.”

  “I use to be a good customer with these but never will I order from here again. The woman on the phone shouldn't be any phones if she can't understand. I asked for a refund they said they can't do rufunds so they didn't even send the food either. Had to go through a 3rd party to get my money back. The food is nice from here but they try and rip you off stay clear”
