  “Had an amazing experience at Hickory’s Steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious, and the quality was excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The customer service was outstanding. Our server, Mannie, was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay and made us feel really welcomed throughout our visit. It wasn’t just Mannie either — the whole team was attentive, professional and genuinely made an effort to provide great service. The atmosphere was beautiful, with such authentic vibes that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can really appreciate the attention to detail, both in the food and the service. Definitely a 5-star experience! We really appreciated the quality, atmosphere and wonderful service. Would happily come back again”

  “What a great place. Very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly , very attentive and can't fault their allergy advice and checking their food to make sure of no nasty surprises. The food was amazing and good portion sizes too. I will definately be back.”

  “Having visited many Hickory's around the country it was the 1st time visiting this one the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I had the Cakun Chicken Fajitas and American Screwball FroCo I could reccomend both there was plenty of other options too for every taste and dietary requirements. Perhaps reserve a table a table to guarantee a table as can it get really busy.”

  “Amazing service from start to finish. Food was delicious as always and the servers were more than accommodating. Aimee and Beth went above and beyond for our little ones 3rd Birthday. They arranged a milkshake masterclass for her, Trey was amazing with her and helped her to create her masterpiece and replaced it after she knocked it over. She was made up when she was given a cake birthday card and stickers. An experience she will never forget! Thank you to everyone at hickorys for amazing service as always!”

  “This was my first visit to a Hickory’s - and I will definitely be returning. The staff were amazing and, because of my food allergies/intolerances, the manager spent almost fifteen minutes talking to me. She took a detailed list of what I couldn’t eat, then went to talk to the chef about the ingredients in my food choices. They allowed me to have a children’s meal and swapped a few things around to ensure I didn’t miss out because of my allergies. Honestly, 10/10 isn’t praise enough - so ‘thank you’ Hickory’s Wrexham.”

  “Have tried Hickorys (not the Wrexham branch) in the past and been very disappointed, but the Wrexham one came recommended by a friend so dropped in twice this month and very impressed, 1st visit very quiet, 2nd visit very busy, nothing changed between the two visits, staff very welcoming, helpful and food of high standard both occassions and much improved on others within the chain around the area, we took Eira our 3 yr old mountian dog with us at the last visit, staff very dog friendly, brought out a bowl and chilled water for her before taking our order, and made a fuss of her too, it was a Tuesday afternoon so the chicken deal was ordered, for the money couldn't go wrong, a variety of chicken pieces all coated and crispy, fries, salad, dirty beans, slaw and cob, well worth the two trips and will go back again.”

  “I absolutely love it here. It’s very chill and laid back i would recommend. so many options of delicious foods and drink. me and my partner came here for dinner and it was amazing! the chairs were super comfortable the atmosphere was calm and the people were so nice! there wasn’t a time that we needed to ask someone for service as they were very consistent to making sure we had everything we needed or making sure the food was at our satisfaction even if it was busy. our food was served to us really quick. i would go everyday is i could.”

  “We visited last week to celebrate my graduation and new job, and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, and the food was fantastic. A special mention to our amazing waitress Ellie, who really went out of her way to make me feel special. She surprised me with a happy graduation dessert board, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the evening even more memorable! Thank you so much for making our celebration so special, we will definitely be back!”

  “Delicious food at an affordable price. The service was very friendly, but a bit chaotic. We were seated at a table that was supposed to be celebrating someone's birthday, and then they had to change everything.The atmosphere was great, although the music was too loud, making it difficult to talk to each other. Sometimes we had to shout at the staff to hear what we were saying. We'll definitely be back.”
