Customer Review Summary

Diners most frequently cite cleanliness as the overriding issue, with multiple describing a foul smell, a disgusting bathroom, and floors and tables littered with crumbs and sticky residue. Order accuracy is a close second, as several report wrong sandwiches, missing items like extra cheese and peppers, incorrect bread, and even a hair found in the food, with one noting a cold meal due to poor packaging. A few also point to undercooked fries and misleading opening times on delivery apps that cause confusion for drivers. One reviewer singles out the accessible toilet requiring a code as a significant inconvenience, especially for those with disabilities. A handful praise the hardworking staff and excellent food, but these are outweighed by the recurring complaints. One diner describes receiving a refund after an incorrect order.

“This place has really run down lately. It stank, the bathroom was disgusting, I ended up holding it in and going to the paid bathrooms in town instead. I didn't want to eat there so ended up taking my food out with me. The staff weren't very helpful either. It used to be ok... Years ago. I avoid this place at all Costs now”
  • Nico Cooke
“Ordered on uber eats and they got my order completely wrong! Ordered a ham and cheese with lettuce, peppers and ketchup. They forgot both the cheese (despite me paying for extra cheese) and the peppers. And the entire thing was drenched in ketchup. It was on the wrong bread entirely. They brought the wrong crisps. And to top it all off. I couldn’t even eat it because I FOUND A HAIR. A medium brown hair. I have black hair! Do not get food from this place at all. I’ve gone through uber to get a refund but this place is ridiculous.”

“Bridge place to priorswell rd. (That's 3 mins)And everything was ice cold. Because the chilled coke was in the bottom of the bag with sandwiches and waffle fries laid on top.”

“The always undercook the fries. Like almost raw... Secondly, state their open to take orders on Uber eats at 9am when they actually open at 10. It's confusing. Especially for drivers as there left waiting outside for food to be cooked which means orders are rushed.”

“I came here for lunch during my brief visit to Worksop for the purposes of ticking the Robin Hood Line off on my bucket list. The food was excellent and the man was very helpful, providing great service, but what lets this place down is the fact that the toilet, though accessible. needed a code to enter, which was inconvenient for fully mobile me with one functioning eye but would be much more of an issue for an old and dear friend who uses a wheelchair and is completely blind.”
