  “Disgusting. KFC has really gone downhill. Never again. They had an offer advertised online, but I couldn’t get it because the staff member said there wasn’t a button on the till to apply it. What’s the point of advertising deals if customers can’t actually redeem them? 🤦‍♂️ it was a bucket of slop, not crispy, just full of grease and the chips was soggy. 🤢 :”

  “Came in to collect lunch, Food was hot and fresh, as was the gravy. I ordered my food, was told that there would be a 10 minute wait for the wings, not a problem for me. Staff were lovely and apologetic about the wait.”

  “Rotherham one was so much better that to a point it shows how poorly ran the Worksop one is. Worksop one i have always had an issue with multiple visits, ran out of gravy, ran out of mash, food is always cold the list goes on and they can never get it right. Something needs to change management wise because the rotherham one shows how well it could be run and enjoyable it could be. Got to a point i had try another site to make sure i liked KFC anymore, turns out Worksop is just poorly run store which is a shame as it’s my local…”

  “They took my money which was obviously fine since I was making a purchase a couple days later they refunded me my 10.37 out of no where and today they took it back making me go in debt I am student and pretty poor so this was detrimental to my financial wellbeing and I am very upset since kfc has never let me down before. Can someone at customer service contact me since my classmates are going through the same thing .”

  “Think I have just had one of the worst experiences of my life. Waiting for food for over 20 minutes for a meal for two people is absolutely insane to say that we were the only ones in there at the time. We arrived at around 9pm so it was very quiet when we arrived. The couple that had been served before us had been waiting 25 minutes. Shame for the rest of the people after us because they were probably there for hours. One star is one star too many for this review. The 5 members of staff that were visible to us in the kitchen were absolutely horrendous, they were all just messing about flicking each others hats off and spilling stuff over the floor which they all stood and had a good laugh about. And some of them were on their phones just not caring about any customers at all. Eventually we got the food, we were then told they didn’t have the side we had ordered so they had put a large gravy in instead. This is not what we ordered as my partner had ordered corn and does not like gravy. By this point we gave up trying and just said it was fine out of absolute exhaustion. They also then said they didn’t have any of the drink that we ordered. Why bother advertising this if you don’t have it? Then we checked the food and as suspected the dips that we had paid £1.20 for were missing which is an absolute disgrace after spending this money on them. We then complained about this and he gave us more than we had actually ordered which was fair but you could tell that he just didn’t want to deal with any of the complaints that he was receiving as there were people that ordered after us and were fed up as well due to the extensive wait times as there was little to no food coming out of the kitchen. When we then came to eat the food everything was luke warm going on cold. You would’ve expected that with the wait at least everything would’ve been fresh, which was clearly not the case. We had to physically spit some of the boneless chicken out because it was that bad.”

  “We ordered a couple of Family buckets in the drive-through - when we got home we realised the sides were missing. The only telephone number listed was the London one, which wasn’t answered! If I fancy a KFC again I will be sure to check the bag before leaving”

  “Literally diabolical… No matter what day what time there is either something missing or it’s freezing cold! This time is a joke … ordered a 6 piece variety bucket and they somehow forgot the bucket so all that came was hot wings and chips and mini fillets, how is it possible to forget the main part of the order!!! it’s really not that hard to get an order correct.. looking at past reviews clearly this place needs to seriously look into how to make it better than it is … take some pride in what you do and deliver what your customers order. 🙄🙄🙄”

  “The most disappointing kfc ever, if u don’t have stuff from the menu don’t try to change into something else. I ordered stranger things burger and I can tell u one thing, the most disappointing burger as I ever seen, normal bun, barely any sauce.”

  “I was really disappointed with my recent experience here. While eating chicken , I found a scrubber thread (like from a dish-cleaning pad) mixed in with the food. This is a serious hygiene issue and could have caused harm if I hadn’t noticed it in time. I expected better, and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.”

  “Went through the drive through about 14.30 this afternoon, no other customers waiting. We was greeted by some young girl with a (I can’t be arsed) attitude. Ordered 2 zinger meals with Pepsi no ice due to having sensitive teeth. Very disappointed as we was handed the 2 zinger box meals which weren’t even shut properly and not even in a bag, then handed the 2 Pepsi that was completely filled with ice and not even in a cup holder. We brushed this off but once we started eating the food (in KFC car park as we had our 2 dogs with us) well the food was literally cold, not even a tiny bit warm. And the piece of chicken coating was cold and soggy. We had to bin the meals, waste of £20”
