  “Ordered for delivery and was delivered within 20 minutes, shop is 10 minutes from my home so not cooked fresh, chilli beef was disgusting had as rock and batter was the weirdest colour, chips were cold and just scraps and the salt and chilli ribs were awful 6 small ribs and if I say there was one bite of meat on each one that’s being generous just bones and nothing else and a free bag of stale prawn crackers, chilli prawns were over cooked and again the batter was weird, I think this food was cooked yesterday as it was absolutely un edible and this cost £33 should not be allowed to trade and sell food like this,”

  “Placed order on uber eats at 8.10pm to be told it was on its way for arrival 9pm-9.15pm by 9.30 no arrival ! Called to be told it was driver fault then they stated food hadn’t been cooked - they refused to refund order so gave it another 30 Mins so that would be total of nearly 2 hours and still no food -”

  “I normally don't like to write negative reviews. Ordered online for delivery. Due to a life threatening allergy with a family member, I added all the information about the allergies into the online order section marked allergies. In the notes section, I also added a comment about referring to yhe allergies and listed them again. When yhe order arrived, it had that very ingredient in it. I phoned immediately where the owner started arguing with me until I asked whether the allergy information had been read. They apparently hadn't looked at that information, just some other notes I had also added. It took a while to get an apology and was then told that things would be better next time if I wrote the allergy information in a different place. I explained that they needed to rectify the problem with a replacement immediately, which they sent out 40 minutes later. Having waited an hour for the first delivery, it was a late dinner which required heating up again. When the replacement arrived I served it up again when my family member noticed another ingredient which was also listed in the allergies I provided. I decided not to phone again as clearly allergy information is not taken seriously enough. I will not be using this establishment again.”

  “Hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve never experienced anything like it. My kids, mother in law and sis in Law, all been throwing up. Chicken curry was not cooked! I was laughed at when explaining, I returned 3/4 of the food and they said I’ve ate it and where’s the rest! Disgusting service and the worse food I’ve ever had! Bland and even the rice wasn’t cooked! Ruined our family night”
