  “I go to my Chinese takeaway to pick up my food and go home. Not to see what the atmosphere is like. Also because this is a takeaway and food is what matters i'm not bothered about service I come in pay for my food and walk out. Though in all honesty I have never had an issue with service. Now the food on the other hand. I can not recommend these guys more! I've had chinese from other place but there is no comparison! The owner if you ever get the chance to speak to him is very thankful for your service and is just a genuine guy and an amazing chef! Highly Recommend the Salt and Pepper Chicken and Salt and Pepper Chips with Curry Sauce! just WOW! In fact I'm going to place an order today!”

  “ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Giving 1 star because there isn't an option to give 0. The order took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF TO ARRIVE. I called 3 times asking where my order was, after it had been over an hour already, only for the very RUDE FEMALE on the phone to continually tell me it'll be another 10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager who gave me a discount but went off the phone with no warning, handing it over to the disgustingly mannered female, who PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME TWICE. I told her that her manners left a lot to be desired after she said "what more do you want, he's already given you a discount". I spoke to her very respectfully but seems like I touched a raw nerve as she responded with "so do your manners" and hung up. The second time she hung up after I asked for the manager again and she told me he's not available and imminently put the phone down. I managed to get through again and asked for the manager to call me back, because even the food wasn't hot and the containers were swimming in a bag of oily liquid. She confirmed they have my number. She stated she'll let him know re the call back request. I know I'm never going to receive that call back. I have ordered food from here previously and duly noted the lack of manners in this female staff member but hoped maybe she lacked experience. But she informed me she's been in this business for 5 years! Good manners and good customer service goes a long way and that's something very lacking here. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.”

  “Ordered via Just Eat. The delivery time kept being pushed back. When I called, they hung up on me. Called again, only to be told to contact Just Eat. Thanks a lot.”
