Quick info
About The Angel Inn
The Angel Inn is a bar and grill on Bilston Road in Wolverhampton, set in a well-kept interior with a bar and seating area and an outdoor space at the front. The menu pulls in two directions, mixing grill standards with a curry-focused Indian section that includes lamb curry and a mixed grill, with kids' meals running to pizza, chicken nuggets and chips. Cobra is on tap alongside a wider drinks selection, and ciders are available behind the bar. Plenty of big screens make it a natural stop for match days. Booking is available for those who want to plan ahead, and walk-ins are taken at other times.

“Had a really good experience at The Angle Inn in Wolverhampton. The bar and seating area were clean, fresh, and well kept, which made a great first impression. There’s a solid drinks selection too, with Cobra on tap which was a nice touch. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, and tasted great — everyone at the table cleared their plates, which says it all. There’s a good variety on the menu for adults, though the kids’ options are a bit limited (mainly things like chips, chicken nuggets, and pizza). Overall, really enjoyable visit and I’d definitely recommend it.”
