About The Foundry Bell

Customer Review Summary
Pub roasts and the Mother's Day set menu draw the most specific praise, with one diner calling the roasts and desserts some of the yummiest in a long time and the food very fresh. Desserts come close behind. The sticky toffee pudding is described as rich and indulgent, and the mango sorbet is the stand-out for another reviewer. Corn bread, hummus, warm bread, and a burger with hot, crispy fries also get mentions. Staff are repeatedly called friendly, and several reviewers credit individual servers and a host for welcoming service. Reviewers mention candlelight on the tables, a fireplace, and a dog station, and one calls it a great place to come with friends or family. Criticism is mild. One diner found the Caesar salad too sauce heavy, and a gluten free diner found the menu choices limited. Another reviewer, after an earlier disappointing visit, says management replied to the online review, apologised, and offered a complimentary meal for two, which they described as fabulous.
