  “Order a simple beef curry and fried rice, got home to discover i had a mushroom curry which by the way I have a total hate for the slimey awful things and chunks of chewy beef in a watery gravy good job I'm not allergic to mushroom by the way fried rice was ok but you would think with so much competition in Concord they would make an effort waste of £8.30 🤢”

  “10 out of 10 food. Tender beef, fresh crispy soft chips, good portion sizes, seasoned fried rice and superb spare ribs. 40 mins for delivery not too bad. Will be using in future. Thanks once again”

  “Ordered 2 meals for delivery which included rice. Only one rice delivered. Called to report missing item. They messed up the order then blamed me. The guy was very difficult and laughed at me. Did not get missing rice. Disgusting attitude.”

  “Food is so tasty. I ordered a preorder for 9:30 last night, came exactly on time. I plated it up, so excited I’d been waiting all day for this Chinese. My clumsy stupid self then dropped it all over the floor, smashing bowls in the process. I rang the restaurant, sobbing about it down the phone. My mum had sent me money for a new one because she felt so bad for me. I told them I’d ordered another one, exactly the same, still crying my eyes out over this Chinese, they felt so bad for me they had the new one out to my door within 15 minutes! Completely cheered me up and I have never been so grateful to a takeaway owner ever!!! Thank you so much tasty wok you absolutely helped me end my night happy in bed with a Chinese instead of sobbing in a ball on kitchen floor.”

  “I order the same special chow mein weekly and couldn't say how tasty it is with plenty of different meats, always have a problem with the amount of prawns, tonight I decided on the way home to order in store and was very disappointed to have hardly any meat as per normal but more disappointed only one prawn to share with 2 people. By the time I was home was closed so couldn't even let them know for them to rectify. Maybe I should order for delivery at least I get a meal for 2 people to share .”

  “The meal itself was very good, This was a phone in delivery. I asked for the same order one week later to be delivered, was told that it was out of there area to be delivered. I explained that was not the case the previous week for the meal to be delivered. Asked why, and the reply was we must of not been busy that day. So disrespectful. It's a case of we will go that extra mile when it suits our business.”

  “Am a regular from here and never had any problems but tonight I was very disappointed. Not even a few bites in we found long brown hair in the food absolutely disgusting has put me off completely the staff should wear hair nets not acceptable at all if I was in a restaurant I would be handing it back an getting a full refund”

  “Food was delivered in appropriate time. Hiwever it was missing acontainer of rice. We rang them back immediately and with were rudly told we hadn't ordered it and would come with an additional charge if £2.45. The menu clearly states rice is included with both of the dishes we selected and could be upgrade to fried rice for an additional amount which we did. I have never experienced such an argumentative arrogant person. Food was great, but customer service appalling. All over a carton of rice. PATHETIC!!!!”
