  “Loved this place for so long. Unfortunately had the worst food the last few times so won't ever return to eat. Visited Monday lunch time with my hungry four year old daughter and my parents. After 45 mins, they brought out two adults meals, then one more adult meal five mins later..My daughter was sat crying as they didn't bring her plate... server then came down the stairs with some other table's order ... I complained and a nice lad then went to get her food... It was a disaster, the food was dry and cold. Gutted as the lounge has always been out meeting place for family meals.”

  “I found this place using an app that counts calories from a photo of my plate. The halloumi dish fit my remaining calories well and had plenty of protein. It was tasty and arrived quickly. The restaurant was comfortable for my work lunch.”

  “Best selection of Coeliac friendly dishes I've seen so far. An entire (extensive) menu dedicated for Gluten free eating is rare and as someone who has no real choice its amazing. Will bring the family repeatedly.”

  “It's almost great but portion sizes were tiny (I know it's tapas /small plates but come on...) the food itself was good but we saw the same dishes going out to other couples with wildly different amounts of food on the plate! Ordering by QR is a bit 'covid era' and very little interaction with staff. A missed opportunity”

  “Had a lovely meal! Really enjoyed the Mediterranean Grill, which was super tasty and the staff followed my special order instructions perfectly. The dessert was also superb. A lovely place, not too busy on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you.”

  “Staff were lovely, really friendly and chatty, food was good but weirdly an incredibly small portion of fries. I counted barely 10 even when ordered as an addition to a main course. Can't see it makes any sense to annoy your customers by slumping on a few chips.”

  “Dorado Lounge in Warrington town centre is located just outside the Golden Square Shopping Centre. I’m a big fan of the Loungers brand, and this visit was the latest in my quest to fill out my Lounge Passport. The staff here were friendly and attentive. After a staff member saw my Lounge Passport, he proactively welcomed me and brought me over a sticker without having to ask for it, which I felt was kind. I also appreciate the speed of service, as my table came in at the same time as a very large party, but they didn’t let this affect our experience. They seemed well prepared to deal with larger groups as well as walk-ins, which was great. I like the decor around the Lounge, the purple sign and outdoor seating area in the square is attractive, the interior is memorable with the smirking man wearing a suit on the wall, alongside the usual portrait-style artwork. There was lots of seating, and the environment felt comfortable and ideal to relax. The gluten-free menu consisted of the same options I’m used to at Loungers, with options including brunch, fried chicken, burgers, sandwiches and tapas. On this occasion I went for the Louisiana Fried Chicken with Chipotle Mayo, which is one of my go-tos at the moment, the chicken was pretty tasty, seasoned well, and everything tasted fresh, with a generous bowl of fries, I would have liked the coleslaw to be more wet, and part of the chicken was slightly chewy, but all in all, my food was pretty good and I enjoyed it. I had a nice time here and would certainly return on future trips to Warrington.”
