  “The food was amazing, but the service was disappointing. As soon as we mentioned that my friend works at Center Parcs, the attitude towards us completely changed. We were left waiting 30 minutes to be served and another 15 minutes for our food while people who arrived after us were served first. Just because they work at Center Parcs doesn’t mean that we aren’t regular customers who have come to spend the day and pay for our food like everyone else.”

  “We had an amazing time. I would 100% recommend booking before you go as it does get very busy at lunchtime hours. The food was delicious. Didn’t take long to come out at all. The atmosphere was a little loud as they were full but nothing we didn’t expect. Overall was very delicious and would go back there again ☺️”

  “Had the best time at the pancake house whilst visiting centre parcs. Staff were really friendly and theres lots to choose from on the menu including sweet / savoury options . The pancakes were fluffy and full of toppings .”

  “Wide range of waffles, omelettes, and pancakes (dutch and american), with sweet and savoury options. Substantial portion size, tasty food. I havent visited similar establishments before, maybe this is the standard price, but i think paying best part of £25 for an omelette and a drink is absolutely extortionate, for what is basically a few eggs with a sprinkle of fillings. Food and service were great, but falls short of good value for money in my opinion.”

  “We had a brilliant experience here!! There are plenty of options for vegetarians (you can remove meat from dishes that contain it if you want) and the staff were very attentive. Rowan especially was outstanding, so very warm and kind!! We loved our donuts and pancakes!!”

  “If you love pancakes then this is the place for you, definitely lives upto its name. Sweet, savoury, they've got you. Service is fast and the food tasty!!”

  “🥞🙌 Back to Its Flippin’ Best! 🧇✨ The Pancake House at Longleat Center Parcs is doing exactly what it says on the tin — pancakes, waffles, omelettes… and doing them fantastically 😍. We’ve been coming here for many years and felt that post-Covid it dipped a little, but we’re happy to say it’s now well and truly back to its best 👏. Freshly made pancakes and waffles, brilliant value for money, and a great choice across the menu 🥞🧇. Our party tried a range of pancakes and every single one was excellent. A lovely extra touch is the free baby food pouches if needed 👶❤️. A proper Center Parcs classic and a definite 5-star visit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “We had lunch here yesterday, on the last day of our holiday. We arrived 5 minutes after our prebooked time, but we had to wait for them to clean our table. The lady who greeted us was friendly enough. Then lovely Rowan came to our table - he was so friendly, and nothing would be too much trouble for him. He took our order and before we knew it, our drinks were with us. Then our experience was some what dampened...the lady who was delivering food (there were two ladies that we could see doing this - we had the older of the 2 ladies) just walked up to the table, no hello or smile, and basically threw our meals on the table, turned and walked away! No 'enjoy your meal', 'do you need anything else?' Or any other form of basic customer service. Our meals were absolutely lovely - it was my first time trying an omelette (well it is a pancake house after all) and I would definitely have one again! Then came pudding - when they arrived (by same lady who delivered our meals), once again she threw them down and walked off...how did she expect us to eat them with no forks or spoons?! At this point, it confirmed to me that she was just rude. We had to flag down another lady to get cutlery. At the end of our meal, lovely Rowan came back with not only our bill, but his lovely, friendly manner.”

  “We had a lovely experience here. We had a booking of 12 adults plus 3 kids, for breakfast, and we were seated promptly with no wait. We were served in good timing and there were so many options from savoury to sweet. I had the chicken and mushroom dutch pancake with added bacon - which I highly recommend! We all left happy with full stomachs.”
