  “I have been left feeling very frustrated with the meal served today that I didn't write my review instantly as it would of been far worse but been as things like this kill businesses I am going too be honest but give feedback and encourage. The chips are like boiled potatoes no colour very greasy and I have asked others too review the chips with me that if it was only my taste buds that was making them taste awful. Sadly all agreed that the product you sold me was atrocious. I sat outside the store and was very well tempted too return the chips and say what is these . I couldn't give these away too the hungry people in Bentley as they would be offended. How do we improve maybe use better potatoes or find the reason why these chips are not cooking in the oil and giving colour . Chicken pieces was okay not brilliant but on average with others around the area. I can see why you are empty sadly with no customers in store and remain empty while I was reviewing the food in the car. Your shop has a big car park a lot of people around so obviously what I am saying is already common knowledge in the area that your food is not at the quality your charging . Sorry its a negative review but hopefully you can look into the reason stated and start rebuilding the damage. As you have the potential too be the best in the area . Thank you .”

  “I had a smash burger with chips. The smash burger was one of the best I’ve tasted, meat was fresh and flavourful. Chips were battered and flavourful too. Second time ordering from bizo will definitely order again.”

  “Friday night treat - Got 3 portions of fish and chip specials with a battered sausage. Found all the battered fish and battered sausage not cooked correctly and the batter was mushy and food was inedible. Only thing that was eaten was the chips and they were average. This used to be a good local chippy but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.”

  “My daughter fetched me some food from here the woman serving was nasty had no manners at all the food was awful the fish was over cooked the chips were disgusting the meal was cold most of the meal went in the bin the bit I did eat I’ve ended up being bad since almost a week later and still not right… 🤢 AVOID”

  “Chips were mushy, fish was over cooked and the batter was like a cracker and had a funny flavour as did the potato fritters. £30 & in the bin with the lot.”

  “Been coming here for years, always been a good chippy. Both battered and normal chips available. Plenty of deals available and dipping options (curry sauce, Chinese curry sauce) always a nice friendly team when you come in. Expect to queue sometimes it’s a popular place locally!”

  “The food is second to none, it's great food, always fresh, for the first time we ordered from from home tonight.. lady called us to confirm, and still the order was wrong, hole in the sauce pot made it leak everywhere, we ordered sweet chilli and mayo, still got got mayo The lady was so polite on the phone, the reception was bad. Could of been that. We usually go here to get food, big que (sign of a good chippy) we can't reallt complain for minor mistakes xx”
