  “We had the buffet. All food was hot and very tasty. The only downside was being offered chapati/naan during our meal. We had already started to eat and weren't made aware we had that option. The staff are polite and friendly. We will definitely be back”

  “Ordered three different dishes and somehow two of them turned out to be exactly the same, just different names on the menu. I was starving and still couldn’t enjoy it. Food wasn’t nice at all. Definitely not worth it.”

  “If I could give less than a 1 * review I would. Ordered approx 8.45 , paid over the phone and was told order would be an hour. 1 hour 30 mins later, order had not arrived. First chasing call we were told the driver was on his way. Second call we were told payment hadn’t gone through so the order hadn’t been processed. We queried why this hadn’t been relayed despite confirmation the order was on its way. Takeaway alleged it had called us but when evidence was requested of said calls this could not be provided. I asked for a screen shot of the purported outgoing calls. They then decided the calls had been made via a landline not a mobile. I asked for copies of records once received and was soon offered a free meal. The issue here is the lack of accountability of the takeaway and blame on customer. Happy for mistakes to be made but don’t expect to be left without explanation and to be disrespected. Do not normally review or comment but the disrespect on this occasion was on a different level.”

  “Went for the Sunday night buffet, for the price it was good value. Found that the Madras in the buffet tasted rather bland and the majority of the buffet food also tasted a little bland. Been before for a main meal and it was much better quality. I would definitely return again, just not for the buffet.”

  “Really good food, not the best of service but good enough. Ample parking, very busy on weekends but worth a visit on a weekday. Been hear a couple of times. Good starters and even better mains. Fresh and full of flavour”

  “I always order the meat tikka biryani from here, and it never disappoints. The mild side sauce that comes with the biryani is amazing it complements the flavors perfectly without overpowering the dish. I really appreciate how willing they are to customize orders based on customer requests, which truly shows their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Special thanks for sending a big box of extra curry sauce as requested it was greatly appreciated! Great taste and great service. Highly recommend!”

  “6* *FIRST VISIT* Came here without a reservation and thankfully they had a table free which is a good thing since just after we arrived it got VERY busy, every table booked. This is without a doubt the best Indian food I've had in years, to say I was impressed is an understatement. The staff were friendly and helpful even though it got very busy. The food,though, was stunning, absolutely faultless, every starter and mains we had was gorgeous. Prices a little over average but worth every penny. This is definitely the best Indian in Wakefield and the best I've had anywhere in years. I'd highly recommend it but make sure to book to avoid disappointment. *Third visit* went for my birthday, group of 13, booked well in advance. The place is still the best Indian restaurant in Wakefield. We all had an amazing time.Food, Service and Prices were still brilliant. Special thanks to Ali who went above and beyond.Much appreciated. *Fourth visit* still gorgeous food, great service and good prices.”
