“I am writing to share some positive feedback following a recent dinner with friends at your Uxbridge restaurant last week. I felt it was important to bring to your attention the outstanding way your manager and waitress handled a particularly challenging situation. During our visit, a customer entered the restaurant who appeared to be experiencing significant distress and began causing a disturbance. Her behaviour became increasingly aggressive, and despite the staff’s repeated, polite requests for her to leave, she refused to do so for quite some time. I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the general manager and waitress handled the situation (I believe their names were Elliot & Allana). They remained exceptionally calm, patient and composed throughout, while also being firm and setting clear boundaries. What stood out most was their ability to remain respectful and compassionate towards the customer, despite the aggression they were facing. They managed a very uncomfortable and potentially intimidating situation with remarkable maturity and professionalism. As a customer, it was reassuring to witness staff who could manage such a difficult incident without escalating matters. In addition, the food was amazing so I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Elliot & Allana”
