“We visited for a very spontaneous meal this evening and were genuinely impressed. Such a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is now under new management and they are doing great!The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavour, and the service was warm, attentive and welcoming throughout. It’s so nice to discover a place that exceeds expectations, especially when it’s an unplanned visit. Highly recommend giving it a try.”

“Passing through and needed a quick supper on a Sunday evening. Really nice food, very tasty and on point. Served by a friendly server who I won’t offend by misspelling his name but a sweet guy and added to the positive experience.”

“Had a really great time at Wellington Bar & Grill! The food was lovely, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was spot on. Loved that there’s a pool table and live sports on too- made it even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back!”

“Popped in for a drink with my husband. First visit since it has been under new ownership. Bar staff were very warm and welcoming. There are plenty of places to sit and have a chat or eat and although they have lots of sport on the tvs its not too intrusive or loud. Would like to see a bit of music and also a better selection of wines. We sat by the window and browsed the menu for a future visit but the smell from other people's food was so nice we ended up ordering a couple of starters. The service was quick and very polite from the young lady who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was nothing short of delicious! We had a Chole Bhaturey (chickpea curry), Onion Bhaji and Dry Masala Chips. This also came with dips. We both loved the food and agreed we are ao glad we visited and will definitely be returning.”

“I've got to say I was very disappointed with my whole experience, the service was very poor, no welcome when we walked in, just a arm gesture when I was asking if it was OK to sit anywhere. Had to correct the server multiple times on the drink I had requested. I stood waiting to be served whilst 3 staff members (1being the manager from what I could tell) stood chatting amongst themselves and on their phones. Food was ok and well presented however could have been hotter. We recieved no check back, and no thank yous. Can see why the place was dead. Definitely would NOT recommend. Bring back the brothers. Always felt welcomed their and always a great atmosphere.”

“We tried out a new Indian grill yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh, and the mixed grill was truly next level. Service was quick, so we didn’t have to wait long at all, which was a big plus. The front of house team were brilliant, friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. They were especially great with the kids, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back soon!”
