Customer Review Summary
Chow mein is the dish reviewers praise most directly, one calling it the best they have tasted and another surprised by how well noodles and pineapple work together. Prawn toast and chips also earn praise, and several describe the staff as friendly and polite, with one noting they catered to a partner's special dietary requirements. Long-time customers mention hot, well packed food and fast delivery. The complaints are specific and centre on food quality and how phone complaints were handled. One reviewer reports being served raw chicken while pregnant, and another describes pink chicken and a jelly-like chicken curry. A third found the chowmein half empty, the sweet and sour mostly vegetables and the crispy beef more like roast beef, while another got overcooked, cold beef. Several of these callers describe being laughed at or told they were lying, and one was offered only 20% off a next order.

“We had a Chinese last night and we’re genuinely gutted. Food was overcooked and inedible. Beef was cold the best part was the chips and they were cold. We live right next to this Chinese and it’s been our local. Tried to call to discuss but couldn’t get through.”

“My son, his girlfriend, my daughter and friends ordered food from here on Saturday 15th of March 25. We have been ordering from here for years and never had a problem until Saturday. The chicken was pink inside, the chicken curry was like jelly and the rest of the meal had a weird taste. The whole lot went in the bin. My son politely called them and a young woman answered. He expressed his concerns to her and was laughed at down the phone. She was extremely rude and then talking to her father the owner in chinese and they were both laughing which got my sons back up. Looking at previous reviews we are not the only ones being served RAW chicken and terrible food. When my son said he won't order from them again she actually said " we don't care" If people sell food and cannot cope with a problem then they should not own a business. It's absolutely disgusting. It sounds like they should close down or get someone who can cook. No wonder their ratings have gone down. We will be telling family and friends NEVER to order from this company again.”
