“Terrible customer service since the new owners took over. 1hr and 45 mins for delivery, call them after 2hrs and they say 20-25 mins longer, we ask if this means they will be discounting the food and they say no. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years they treat you like this. They don’t even apologise. Good luck with future business, we won’t be using you anymore.”

“Always use this take away food taste wise always amazing… but the service today after pancakes were not put in the peeking duck absolutely shocking advised if we collect all food will be cold by time got and get back advised the will send so expecting the driver to arrive asap after 30 mins still not arrived so food cold!!!”
