“My partner and I had a lovely dinner at The Chop Tank at Royal Oak. Our waitress, Zsuzsanna, was absolutely wonderful and one of the friendliest waitresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by! She checked on us throughout every course, made sure we were happy, and kindly offered us drinks and water whenever our glasses were empty. Her attentiveness, warmth and friendly personality really made our evening special. Zsuzsanna provided fantastic service and made our overall experience even better. She is a real credit to the restaurant, and we would definitely love to return!”

“It was busy so I nipped in as I was passing. Lots of people at the bar - It took quite a while to get served due to 1 of 2 staff members being under training. Oddly, after 30 minutes of slightly frustrated customers later, another barman turned up - where was he when he was needed?! Anyway, after about 30 mins the bar was quiet....... Either it was me or because of the lack of bar staff.”
