  “Very disappointing experience. The pizza was poor quality and, in my opinion, seriously overpriced for what you receive. The overall food quality was below expectations and certainly not worth the money. I was also left with concerns about the halal status of the food, particularly given that the restaurant sells ham. If halal is important to you, I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about the ingredients, preparation and whether there is any cross-contamination before ordering. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would advise others to consider other options.”

  “Terrible food. Fake chicken fillets in the burgers not white like a chicken fillet should be inside but instead made from bread and flour. They charge a fortune for it as well. Avoid this restaurant!”

  “My family and I have been using this shop for more than 20 years since it first opened. There prices are fair and the food is good. They have a huge variety and are open crazy hours. I love them and have only once had a problem that was sorted out very nicely. I see some people have wild expectations and are very difficult and rude with staff. They also use delivery services and blame the shop when delivery gets if wrong. If you are a normal person I think you would be happy using this Pizza shop. My kids grew up with it and still love it.”

  “⸻ Planet Pizza is one of those pizza shops that truly stands out. The taste is delicious, and you can tell they have plenty of experience in making good pizza. Their delivery service is reliable, and takeaway is also available. I really enjoyed my pizza, and I’m sure others would too. Overall, it’s a very good experience. Good luck 🤞”

  “Unhelpful manager and the base of the pizza was raw dough and uncooked… manager was rude and said to go ahead an post on Google reviews… just to note… incorrect handling and cooking of food especially where it causes food poisoning is illegal and leaves liability to fines and prosecution”

  “I love their thin crust pizza, the tomato sauce used for the base is ADDICTIVE! Absolutely delicious and food is always well done, hot and delivered earlier than suggested. The only downside it was that several times new staff didn't understand very well English and got bits and pieces wrong but despite that they added free sides on our next order as I gesture of goodwill. Now staff taking calls seems to have improved, fingers crossed will stay like this!”
