Customer Review Summary
Brunch and breakfast plates draw the most praise at Soffio Lounge, led by the Divine Shakshuka, which one reviewer calls one of the best brunch dishes they have had. Close behind are the smashed avocado on sourdough with crispy bacon and a poached egg described as cooked to perfection, and pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Soup and toasties come up for lunch. Reviewers repeatedly describe friendly, helpful staff, and several single out individual team members for good service. Food is said to arrive quickly, even on a fairly busy evening. The room is called huge inside, with varied seating, warm and softly lit lighting, artwork everywhere and chatter that is not intolerable. The one recurring caution is cost: a reviewer found the bill for two toasts, a milkshake and an iced matcha latte a bit steep, though they would still come back for a treat. One couple ordered the tapas deal, where each person picks three dishes, and shared six in total, noting a good selection of vegetarian choices.

“First time visiting and what a fantastic experience. Andrea provided excellent customer service, and the Divine Shakshuka truly lived up to its name. I’d go as far as saying it was one of the best brunch dishes I’ve ever had. Great food, great service, and I’ll definitely be back.”

“I can't get enough of this place, and tend to go in the day personally before it's busy. Sensory wise the lighting is warm and softly lit versus bright and overbearing. There is chatter and noise but nothing intolerable. The music isn't too loud and there is artwork everywhere to keep the eyes happy. The food is wonderful and the staff I've come across so far seem lovely. A definite go to.”
