  “We have used this Chinese multiple times. We ordered this evening, the ribs were so tough we couldn't eat them, the chicken balls were so dry and tough and the prawn toast was very over cooked. We called to see if anything could be done and the gentleman on the phone asked what I wanted to be done and I said well what can you do, he said they could refund us but only if we could take the food down to them, at this point we had disposed of all the food into the food bin. He said we can't give a refund if you have put the food in the bin and asked if we wanted free chicken balls and prawn toast the next time we ordered which we won't want again. Disappointed with the food and the reception from the man on the phone.”

  “Over Xmas online says open but when you get there closed! no sign on the door, no communication, menus say “open bank holiday” just stupid. It’s fine to be “closed” but communication is key to keep customers happy. All the Chinese in this area are the same, no update of opening times over Xmas period! All saying open not one is. Answerphone messages simply say we are closed till…….open on …”

  “Probably the one of the best Chinese in the area, friendly staff and fantastic food. Open till 23:30 which is always good on the end of a night out”

  “Food was not good tbf I had beef and mushrooms I could not chew 1 piece of beef had to spit them all out hardly any sauce or taste to sauce that was there, chicken balls were more like chicken strips over cooked and more batter than chicken , beef curry was ok ish and Singapore chowmein was probably the only thing any good so to me 30 quid down the drain as I threw most of it in the bin, I hope the bin enjoyed it !!!!”

  “Lots of food, but the quality was not good. The ribs were burnt, dry overcooked, the bread crumbed chicken wings just tasted of salt. The bean sprouts were soggy and watery. Would I order from here again? NO.”
