  “The service is really great, staff are greeting you and are really friendly/helpful, i have never experienced service like this in McDonald’s in my life, Other Restaurants should use this as a great example of how their staff should be treating their customers”

  “I went through the drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, I got everything on it another time I didn’t even get cheese. The service is good and normally when I order it on the app it’s right but not if you order it in person.”

  “I took an 85 year old friend to McDonald's this evening. It was the first time EVER that she had been to a McDonald's. After I gave the girl behind the counter our order, i told her about my friend. She gave me a big smile and said "I'd better make it good then". The young girl brought our tray to the table with a lovely smile on her face. After about 5 minutes she came to ask if everything was OK. Then she said she would like to offer us ice cream, which we accepted. It was lovely. What a lovely, lovely treat. My friend was amazed at the food, how tasty it was. Thank you, thank you, thank to our young waitress for giving my friend such a lovely introduction to McDonald's.”

  “Scrupulously clean. Prompt service, and no qualms about changing a wrong item in order. Food absolutely fine. Not the most inspiring place to sit and eat (it is at the edge of a retail and industrial park), but fine.”

  “Ordered via just eat and have waited 35 mins before cancelling my order? If you cannot fufil your contractual obligation to consumers then you shouldn't be using the just eat app! Foods always cold from here aswell I don't think I've had a hot meal yet, drive through or delivery. Also its fast food park in bay 1 for 15 mins isn't very "fast food"”

  “Poor service. Don’t get me wrong I’m not expecting 4/5 star service from a McDonalds but would expect them to be polite. Ordered nuggets from the world menu, got back to my seat noticed they didn’t give me the soya mayo. Went to ask for it & was told there was none left (my friend must have got the last one). I asked if they could give me a normal mayo instead & was told no I’d need to pay for it because it’s bigger which was irritating because why would I pay for something I didn’t order/want, I wanted the soya one included in my order or didn’t want the nuggets at all. And I was polite about it but the girl was dead dismissive. Burger King is better anyways.”

  “Newest branch in Stirling. Always fast and efficient. Bright and spacious. Play area for kids outside. Situation at end of retail park and Morrisons superstore and petrol station nearby. Often had lots of highschool pupils as there is a school very close. The staff that man the upstairs are always really friendly and helpful. I won't go into details of the menu as everybody knows what's on offer. I would say that McDonald's and fast food in general has moved from cheap to moderately expensive in the last few years.”

  “SOMETIMES Decent allround mcdonalds for eat in or drive through. I must add i dont know why this is a Two story mcdonalds building as we have arrived here on numerous occasions and ground floor has been packed like sardines. Eating your meal off other peoples laps. The senior cleaning team likes to close the upstairs no matter how many customers are in. ive see this on numerous occasions and the young staff are scared to open up a section to ease the congestion. I can only presume the head cleaner is part off the management team ? UPDATE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD HERE B4 YOU DRIVE AWAY AS SOMETIMES THE YOUNG STAFF DONT DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY SHOULD BE SERVING IS CORRECT. I GOT CAUGHT OUT THIS WEEK BUYING 6XLARGE FRIES . AND GETTING SMALL/MEDIUM IN A LARGE PACKET AT MOST.”

  “Very well run McDonald’s. The burgers were the best you can get at McDonald’s. The parking was able to accommodate our Motorhome. Bacon was soggy, though”

  “Lovely new restaurant with friendly staff, there is an upstairs although it won't be opened unless all the tables downstairs are occupied, the tent cards for table service have been taken away allowing only to collect your order. I had to request my table was cleaned when we arrived as all the tables were dirty and when we finished both bins were too full for us to empty our trays. It started off so well too, disappointed”
