  “Wow what a find. Me and my partner visited last night and we were not disappointed! From the second we walked in the staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel right at home. Every plate was delicious. I absolutely loved the beef sushi, it was gorgeous! I'm also very fussy when it comes to fillet steak but they cooked it to perfection. Genuinely one of the best steaks and cuts of beef I've ever had. Very generous portion sizes and even fairer prices for the quality of the food, I expected to pay a lot more than we did. We’re from Liverpool and would make the drive up here just to visit this restaurant again. The only "downside" was that we'd eaten so much amazing food that we abandoned our plans for a night out and went straight to bed in a food coma instead haha! 10/10 - can’t wait to return.”

  “For a quick, home cooked and tasty lunch...Gemini was superb. Really friendly service, good price points and totally happy to accommodate a couple of tweaks we wanted due to food preferences. Given that Southport has seen a lot of eateries close down and if you dont want fish and chips on the front...this place is a super choice.”

  “Flawless! The food is amazing. Sunday roast was incredible here. The service was excellent as the staff were so attentive. We enjoyed the playlist of the chilled background music. We love the design of the place too. Will definitely be coming back here again soon!”

  “I went to a colleagues birthday. The table was upstairs, really nice atmosphere. There was a lot of birthdays that night & the staff sang happy birthday quite a bit. Lovely food, presented well, really tasty. Staff were very professional and attentive. Would recommend.”

  “So so nice to see Nick again from his Tibu days in formby . Absolutely fantastic chef ! Didn’t think he could get any better but his food is even better ! The staff was so good very attentive and just a lovely service . Cocktails was unreal to ! 100000% be back to try the rest of the menu . Steak 🤤 perfect (how we like it ) big succulent prawns not them tiny things ! And that French onion soup wow just WOW !”

  “I booked the Gemini Lounge for my sister's surprise birthday dinner. She didn't know I had travelled up from London to be there to celebrate with her. Gary and Ricky were absolutely brilliant and pulled out all the stops including hiding me away til everyone was seated. All the staff were really lovely, accomodating and eager to make the meal a really memorable experience for us all. The food looked amazing. There was a really great selection to choose from with some really inventive flavour profiles that were pleasant surprises, the duck and mango sushi rolled in coconut was one example. We really enjoyed our starters; the braised beef rib, scallops and Korean pork belly were well prepared. I had the honey roasted duck which was perfect, and our party were happy with the mains and desserts. Another special mention and thanks to Gary and Ricky, you were both brilliant, thank you so much for helping me pull the surprise off so well. My sister had a wonderful evening thanks to your kindness and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be visiting again when I'm next up in Liverpool.”

  “We had an amazing birthday night, the food was amazing - fantastic veggie options, Gary looked after us so beautifully. Atmosphere was busy with a party in the centre but the team were relaxed and unfazed - great leadership! Christmas decorations looked minimal and stylish Can’t wait to come back Best restaurant on lord street! Lynn xx”

  “Probably the best Sunday dinner I’ve ever had, every part of it was 10/10. Really good service with lovely staff. Reasonably priced, lovely interior and very clean. I also love how you can see the kitchen staff. Brilliant!”
