  “Absolutely amazing food tonight. Unfortunately the service was slow .... and not it's usual best. We waited about an hour for our meal .... our drinks weren't served and the bill they gave us was someone else's, and more expensive than ours 🤔😆. The overall experience was a bit lacking, but the owners really made an effort to rectify this and we appreciated that . Great restaurant, Great service recovery and look forward to visiting again.”

  “The food here was incredible, and the service was unmatched. The staff are so friendly I’d recommend coming just for them. We had waited a while for our desserts which when we brought up was resolved kindly and professionally by the manager. We ended up taking them away in takeaway boxes but it was worth the wait. Thankyou for the lovely dinner ! Perfect for an end of beach day.”

  “We had a family birthday celebration for my grandma’s 90th at Dolce Vita last weekend and we were very impressed with our experience. We were based in the front room with lots of light and space for a big party. The food was excellent with a good range of options - the vegan choices were very good too (I would recommend the vegan pizza). The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will return soon! Thank you!”

  “Gorgeous food and friendly, attentive staff. We had the set menu of pear and blue cheese salad, mushroom royale, Tuscan chicken and haddock and chips. Genuinely the best food we have tasted in a long time. Well done to the chefs. Highly recommended.”

  “6 friends enjoyed lunch of £20 for 2 courses or £25 for 3 courses. Pate and mussels were nice, Tuscan chicken was very tasty, as was the Bakewell tart with ice cream, all washed down with a nice pint of draft Guinness. My wife said her lasagne was the best she's ever tasted. Friendly staff. The single waitress coped admirably with the 20+ customers. Clean toilets. Recommended.”

  “So love a little dolce vita meal, and this night the food was brill as usual, however the chips, the chips I normally love and talk about before even arriving, they were so bad wasn't a decent size chip in the whole bowl not sure what was going on 😭😭😭😭😭”

  “Food was excellent! My husband and I had lamb, sirloin steak and our daughter had lasagna. The waiter was friendly and cheerful and ran front of house all by himself. Will return very soon. Thank you. 2nd foto does come with chips and sauce!”

  “We were walking down Station Road and this afternoon and noticed a bar had opened up outside Dolce Vita. With it being a nice sunny day we thought it would be a good idea to try out this new bar so we bought a couple of drinks and sat at one of the outside tables. It was quite pleasant to sit there and watch the world go by. Service was quick and the staff were very attentive. Very tempted by the smell of the food coming out of the restaurant but unfortunately had already eaten. Will have to return and try out the food.”

  “Lovely family orientated restaurant, service is perfect in my opinion, don't feel as though your on a conveyor belt being rushed through the process and you arent left unattended spitting feathers all night...its just right! Friendly chatty staff and the food is amazing! It's a little pricey in my opinion at £30 per steak 😬 my bf usually orders steak but was put off by the heafy price, I ordered the calamari and my girls ordered the lasagna and cheese and tomato pasta (this wasn't actually on the menu but the staff were very willing to accommodate) Food and service was outstanding but we wouldn't return due to the prices 😭”

  “A nice and modern setting for good food, the steak is pricey probably too expensive but the fish and pasta dishes are nice. Be prepared for drinks prices you will be surprised when the bill comes in. Shandy 4.50 Prosecco 27.00 a bottle.”
