  “Picked up a menu and found a seat. Went to order but checked my bank account first as I knew the account I had the app for was low. Once I ordered and he gave me the price, I was pleased it was less than the balance on my account. I even showed him my screen to show him as he had wauted for me to check balance. Annoyingly, I didn't check 'his' screen and what I didn't find out until I looked at my account when I got home was that he had changed the charge on his POS card reader to exactly match my balance!! So, I now have exactly £0 in that account!! Opinion on food irrelevant after that. Will not be giving them any more of my money..!!”

  “We stayed at the Holiday Inn after two days at Paultons Park and found this place. The lamb chops were delicious, and the rice and chicken were full of flavour. Our kids really enjoyed their meals too. Great food, friendly service, and we'd definitely come back!”

  “I came half an hour before close and the guy behind the till said it was fine for me to order, granted he was tired so i get it. But what i don’t get is why he was so snappy during my whole order and sarcastic, I’ve only bought from here once before and had a great experience so I decided to come again and he’s completely ruined it. Not worth the food when there’s better places up in portswood with people who will actually smile and give you some politeness”

  “I recently visited the UK and made a stop at Southampton all the way from Canada and had to stop by Texas Grill , honestly one of the best meals I’ve had on my trip. The food came out fresh,crispy , full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they care about quality and serving proper portions. Great atmosphere and friendly service as well. If you’re in the area and want a spot that delivers, Texas Grill is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be thinking about that meal when I’m back in Canada lol.”

  “The burgers are quite juicy and flavourful and the fries were crunchy. Had some ice cream for dessert. We came here because of the Google reviews and it didn't disappoint. The cost was reasonable as well. If in the area again I would definitely come back.”

  “Texas Grill This used to be a well run welcoming place offering a decent spread, not been for a while and the place has certainly taken a slide down the path, fairly slow and portions are now tiny, kids nuggets meals have gone from 6 pieces to three for the same price & I counted 19 chips in my meal, it was a third of the portion, really disappointing for an eight pounds meal. Much improved, upgraded from two to four stars.”

  “It was my first visit. The place was clean and I could tell the high standard of hygiene. Menu had list of items. Prices were good value for money. Toilets were clean too. Staff was welcoming and smiling and seemed rather professional. My overall experience was wonderful. Thanks to my friend who recommended this place and now I recommend it to everyone. If you want halal and delicious burger in the city then this place is a must visit. Although parking is tricky and you’d be lucky to find Road parking otherwise there is a paid parking opposite to a supermarket. Attached are the photos for reference.”
