“I've used Istanbul Grill for years, but today was my last visit. The standards have really declined. The last four or five deliveries we've received have been cold to the point that we've had to microwave them to heat them up. The pita is rock hard and inedible, and the meat looks anemic. The prices have skyrocketed, which would be acceptable if we were getting what we paid for. I'm very disappointed as customer.”
