  “The food is nice, and I have no complaints about the quality. However, I do feel the service could be improved.Whenever I visit, I often see staff talking amongst themselves while customers are waiting. I usually end up waiting more than 30 minutes for my order, which can be quite frustrating. It would be much better if there were clear time slots or a better system to ensure customers receive their food within the expected timeframe. I would also suggest monitoring staff during busy periods to make sure orders are being handled efficiently. Apart from the waiting time and service, everything else is good.”

  “Worst customer service. I love Pepe's food and have eaten at many branches, but the Southampton shop always has terrible service. I waited over an hour and my order wasn't even on the display. I asked for extra hot peri peri chicken and got plain chicken with no sauce and cold chips. Staff told me the sauce was added but they lied me and when I call them, then told me to come back if I wanted sauce which is a arrogant reply food taste is very good from all pepe franchise but I won't be going back to this Southampton branch again because of only terrible customer service.”

  “I ordered piri piri chicken, but they sent me plain boiled chicken without any sauce. They also forgot to include the fries. I called the restaurant to complain, but the staff were very rude and unhelpful. I'm very disappointed with both the food and the customer service.”

  “lThe food is rich in flavor, but the attention too bad fatal!! I've been trying for more than a year to get an order out in less than half an hour but it's impossible, too many employees talking and laughing all the time! They don't take the brought seriously! I had to wait sometimes 50 minutes to be able to eat this is something absurd! should be improved by a more efficient staff!”

  “Great experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary fries with my order, which was a nice gesture. Friendly staff and good value for money. I would definitely visit again and recommend it to others.”

  “i order here for collection a chick n rice box meal. Everybody knows their rice box is small and there unfair behaviour is that they even not fill it completely. It was half box with some rice and chicken. That’s very unfair and not worth the 12.50 pounds.”

  “I would like to share my experience at the Pappa’s Peri Peri in Southampton. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be quite disrespectful. When I first walked in, I greeted them politely and wanted to place an order, yet they declined to take it, even though they were open. There is a manager named Jaggi who seems to have an inflated sense of importance. I strongly suspect that some staff may not be working legally, as many did not even speak English. The atmosphere felt unprofessional, and the food preparation appeared unhygienic. I would strongly advise others not to dine here. In my opinion, this establishment should be inspected thoroughly by the appropriate authorities. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.”
