“Ordered food via McDonald's app, missing the double 1/4 pounder cheese burger from the meal, chips soggy cold and disgusting. Couldn't get through on the app as it was glitching called the store and spoke with a manager who told me that they weigh the food first!! What absolute crap I've never seen them weigh anything and then given the internal number for Uber”

“Ordered two breakfast and items and two drinks for takeaway and it took almost a full twenty minutes to get our order, meanwhile could see the coffee sitting behind the counter the entire time going cold. Someone was charged for the wrong order while we were waiting and it took four people on the till to sort out a refund. Most of the staff were walking back and forth doing seemingly nothing, there was maybe one person actually putting food into bags and checking tickets. Honestly the most ridiculous and infuriating McDonald's experience of our lives 😂”
