Quick info
About Platform Tavern
Platform Tavern is a pub on Town Quay in Southampton, with both a bar and a kitchen running alongside each other. The space is set inside a historical building whose past includes a connection to the Titanic. Live music is performed at the pub, including by a band called The Henrys, and the team also runs Sunday pie service with a vegan pie option and vegetables included. Local beers sit on the bar, and the door stays open to dogs with their owners. A staff member named Betsy takes orders and shares Titanic-related stories with customers.

“Great little pub! We had the pie of the day , which was steak and mince. Very generous portion and absolutely delicious. We also had the pleasure of having live music that night by The Henrys. The staff was wonderful and the local beers were also great. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area.”
